Job Description:

  • Thought leader and highly skilled in SAP technically and able to communicate business process effectively with Value Streams and leadership. Effectively sells ideas to key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of how e2e business processes (sap and legacy) impact the overall ‘solution’ performance
  • While primary accountabilities will initially be for North America, principal must be able to understand touchpoints/overlaps with other Sectors and plan accordingly.
  • Specific accountabilities include
  • Validation the solution is architecturally speaking scalable (Deep and Wide).
  • Validate the solution is being testing to represent ‘real world’ volume + planned growth.
  • Able to assist with troubleshooting system bottlenecks for quick resolution.
  • Works with….
    • Performance Testing team to assure solution is being tested accurately and aligns with overall strategy.
    • Architects and Design owners to understand business process.
    • Infrastructure Architects on Sizing of solution and any capacity planning impacts.
    • Multiple External Software Vendors.

Job Requirements:

  • Can develop Architecture Artifacts to support Performance Testing as needed.
  • Extensive experience on global SAP implementations.
  • Prior SAP S4 Hana implementation experience.
  • Experience in CPG industry
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in performance architecture/ performance testing space
