You will work with Marketing & Loyalty leaders to support planning which has a significant impact on the organization's metrics and key strategic priorities. As such, the position will require strong communication skills, financial and analytical capabilities, and the ability to be proficient in the functional expertise of partner teams.

More specifically, you will:

  • Support the preparation of Leadership Team materials, including annual planning and budget proposals
  • Build, deliver & support the implementation of new planning and budgeting processes, tools, and ways of working to help the organization be efficient and clear on accountability and priorities
  • Partner with Marketing & Loyalty's Operations team to ensure planning tools are properly built and implemented
  • Review and QA Marketing & Loyalty team activities submitted into workflow collaboration tool via annual and quarterly planning
  • Develop views of projects, budgets and workflows for strategic decision-making
  • Support annual planning, resourcing & financial processes by partnering with cross-functional partners
  • Act as a coordinating manager to guide cross-functional teams through planning, including information sharing and decision-making within necessary timeframes across geographic lines

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Three (3) years of professional experience
  • Advanced Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Minimal travel required, up to 10% of the time
