Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with our recruitment leaders regularly to understand priority talent needs
  • Executing email/ text campaigns through our CRM to align with priority talent needs, including building the templates, messaging and email lists, to maximize quality job applicant volume
  • Building landing pages in the CMS to support specialized recruitment campaigns
  • Collaborating with our vendor partners to support paid media efforts on job boards and social media platforms
  • Supporting the development of virtual and in-person recruitment event materials, including flyers, digital advertisements, virtual booths and more
  • Reporting on marketing campaign performance to key stakeholders
  • Consulting with recruiters on best practices for recruitment marketing and leveraging our internal resources and systems
  • Collaborating with key partners internally (D&I, Digital HR, Corp Communication, and Marketing) to ensure brand continuity and consistency in brand messaging
  • Building and deploying passive prospect marketing initiatives – including newsletters, drip campaigns, Talent Network campaigns, etc – to drive brand engagement and generate effective and diverse talent pipelines

Qualifications

  • Understanding of persona-based marketing
  • Strong writer with an eye for design
  • Experience with email marketing campaigns and drip campaign mapping
  • (2) years of professional experience
  • (2) years of content development experience
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed environment
