  • Will be the main point of contact for tracking progress of Infrastructure projects within the Sectors, ensuring on time delivery and within approved budgets and within defined service levels. Provide feedback on challenges and identify opportunities to improve projects.
  • Assist VP in development of the overarching strategy within the Sector CTO & Delivery organization ensuring clear roadmap and tangible goals / outcomes, track progress across Sectors.
  • Primary contact to aid in definition of annual objectives, track progress by Sector on objectives; provide monthly updates (BS/HS), along with mid-year / end of year report outs.
  • Proficiency in reporting systems (Service Now, Tableau, Business Objects) to support VP and team’s deliverables.
  • Compile data reports and analyze data as well as report general statistics and insights to understand business trends (staffing, hiring mix, financial mix etc).
  • Ensure resource management tracking in place – track and report open roles, org charts by Sectors, diversity metrics.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives that require compilation across Sectors and within the leadership of CTO (i.e., Skyward, Sourcing 2.0, strat plan / BCR).
  • Help execute VP communications within organization – Yammer updates, broad messaging, annual communications planner.


  • A minimum of 3– 5 years of work experience in IT environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS SharePoint & Teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Previous experience working in an IT environment
  • Able to apply independent judgment and work across teams
  • Strategic thinker; strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility by handling numerous priorities concurrently
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Works well under pressure and handles tight deadlines
