Position Summary: 

  • Responding to requests for access to the Airtable work management system; adding users in the system and managing their access in accordance with licensing, budget, and security guidelines 
  • Providing front line support to Airtable users by:
    • Promptly responding to functionality and “how to” questions and any issue reports 
    • Escalating trouble tickets to the senior analyst when needed, ensuring requests have been sufficiently triaged and next tier has sufficient information  
  • Supporting the Marketing Operations team with 
    • Monthly licenses audits and ad-hoc user management reporting requests 
    • Content development for Microsoft Teams’ support channels and the Learning Hub
    • Support and enhancement request tracking 
  • Supporting the Marketing Operations Senior Analyst with
    • Quality assurance and testing of new builds, enhancements, automations, and script functionality
    • Updates and adjustments to system builds and enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline 
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 1-3 years 
  • Minimum Years of Experience:  1-2 years’ experience with Airtable or other work management system  
  • Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.): Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline   
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 2-3 years 
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 2-3 years’ experience with Airtable or similar work or project management system  
  • Additional preferences: Fluent in higher level Excel use, familiar with no/low-code automation use
