The Supplier Labor-Management Analyst/Project Manager is responsible for support of Labor Management processes to assigned country as well as others as needed. This role will be responsible for working with customers to solve supplier issues concerning invoicing, staffing, reporting, and support for our Supplier Management tool “Field Glass”. Additionally, In this role, you would also be part of a team that is focused on new initiatives that will grow the Program.

Accountabilities:
• Escalations – daily in new countries: Would be handling the Poland Market
• PMO support on business requirements (Primarily in Europe (Poland) but with support to other countries as needed)
• Oversight of Process adherence (invoicing, business processes etc..)
• Data insights – dashboard reviews to recognize trends and areas of improvements
• Control review and remediation plans if fail
• Process Issues (config) ) analyze and approve changes
• Process changes (config) analyze and approve changes
• Lead and develop productivity ideas
• Procedure manuals (SLM and PMO)
• Program governance – ensure countries stay in sync
• SLA and KPI reviews / score-carding
• Development of new procedures or process improvements

Qualifications / Requirements

Years of Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of experience as an Analyst or Project Manager (This is a hybrid role)
• Excellent MS Office skills, in particular, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead the team to reach program goals
• Ability to interact with key stakeholders and communicate persuasively in a multi-functional environment
• Ability to deliver credible insights through work products and communications
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines through excellent time management and strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with little direction
• Professional image and adherence to standards consistent with company policies and procedures
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to take instructions readily and to formulate work plans that will provide the best results to achieve the intended goals
• Good judgment and strong decision-making ability
