Job Type: Contract
- Design, develop and deploy full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI
- Work with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement new features
- Use Terraform and Vault for infrastructure as code and secret management respectively
- Develop and maintain Restful web services
- Work with git and GitHub for version control
- Work with both Windows and Linux operating systems including shell scripting
- Work with databases and persistence frameworks such as PostgreSQL and Object/Relational Mapping
- Optimize query performance tuning
- Work with cloud platforms such as Azure
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments
- Proficient with FastAPI and object-oriented design techniques and principles
- 3+ years of experience with Terraform and Vault
- 3+ years of professional, design, and open-source experience
- 3+ years of experience with Restful web services
- 3+ years of experience with git and GitHub
- 3+ years of experience working in Windows and Linux operating systems (cloud, midrange, distributed), including shell scripting
- Proficient with database and persistence frameworks such as PostgreSQL, Object/Relational Mapping, and query performance tuning
- Proficient with Cloud platforms such as Azure
