Expectation: Hybrid
Currently seeking a Device Activity Specialist with 7+ years of experience clicking and moving a computer mouse. Experience with touchpads are preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Attention spent on keeping our computer systems active and running smoothly by clicking on various applications to prevent the computer from going into sleep mode.
- Performance monitoring, and alerting the IT department of any issues.
- Remembering to clean the mouse and/or touchpad to ensure optimal performance.
- If needed, play Solitaire or Minesweeper to ensure device activity is achieved.
- Listening to the clicks of the computer, and adjusting sound levels below 45 dB
Preferred Qualifications
- First, must have a talent for clicking and moving a mouse.
- Overarching knowledge of computer systems and applications.
- Outstanding ability to follow a cursor around on a computer screen.
- Lastly, a strong sense of humor is required, non-negotiable.
Work Requirements:
- Staring at $143k DOE, this is a contract opportunity with optional benefits including 100%-paid medical/dental/vision, Equinox gym membership, 401(k), life insurance, $75k sign-on bonus, etc.
